John Wagner, a New Mexico native, has spent his life recording the works of the talented musicians of this great state. He loves many styles of music and feels especially fortunate to have been deeply influenced by all the friends he has made recording Hispanic music in the great state of New Mexico. His two CDs of New Mexico - The Sound of Enchantment show how Latin music evolved its way into his instrumental compositions and recordings.

There is another side to John Wagner. He has written many songs that reflect his love of country music. The next natural step was to record his songs with a sound that reflects his life in New Mexico. He asked Mariachi Tenampa to perform three songs with him on his new album Moments in Time. A guy from Clovis singing in English with the great talents of Mariachi Tenampa. This ain't Nashville music, that's for sure!
