John Wagner Recording Studios, Inc. is a full service audio facility. We have three audio rooms, all capable of digital or analog recording.
  • Our large studio "A" is a sophisticated, fully-equipped audio post-production for video room which utilizes the following equipment: SMPTE interlocked synchronizing system, 32+ channels of digital recording, 32 channels of hard disk drive rcording, 24 channels of analog recording, 40 channels of fully automated digital mixing, a digital hard disk drive editor, a Beta video recorder, a 1" video playback machine, 3/4" and 1/2" video machines, a good selection of studio monitors, a complete MIDI recording system including sound modules and keyboards, sequencing software and a multitude of outboard effects processors.

  • Extensive sound effects and needledrop music libraries include Network Production, Digifects, Dewolf Music and Omni Music.

  • The studio "A" control room measures 20' x 20' and is connected to a 20' x 27' studio and a 9' x 10' isolation booth.

  • Chief Engineer and owner/operator John Wagner has over 28 years of experience in all aspects of audio recording. He has recorded album products for RCA, Capitol, MCA, Motown, 20th Century Fox and CMH Records (including two Grammy-nominated albums) and numberous local, regional and national award-winning jingles and original music campaigns (local and regional Addy Awards, regional and national Telly Awards, 1992 New York International Advertising Festival Award).

  • Major clients include: Saatchi & Saatchi, J. Walter Thompson, CBS Entertainment, Americal Laser Games, Rick Johnson & Company, Strascina & Partners, Southwest Productions, The Cronkite-Ward Co., Turner Broadcasting, Northcastle Partners, ABC Sports and National Geographic.
