Product Description

This is an album I did not plan to make, it just happened.   I had hit a musical depression in the late 70’s and the economy was not promising.  My interest in the drum looping tricks by the Bee Gees encouraged me to try the looping process myself, and I practiced drums and recorded a few songs and developed a sound that was interesting at that time.  It turned into a project named “John Wagner and The Unity Band” and had a touch of Latin Percussion, rock and roll, disco and big band sounds.  My friend Wally Brady took it to RCA Victor in Mexico City and made a record deal that include the album and 3 singles.   Shortly after the vinyl release the Mexican economy collapsed  and the deal fell apart.  It was Unity Band effort that lead to my popular projects by New Mexico-The Sound of Enchantment.  John Wagner
